Hypophyllanthin
Hypophyllanthin is a major lignan in Phyllanthus spp, with strong anti-inflammatory activity. Hypophyllanthin directly inhibits P-glycoprotein (P-gp) activity and did not interfere with multidr_ug resistance protein 2 (MRP2) activity[1][2].
